Ame no Habakiri Katana Kozuki Oden: One Piece (Blunt)

The Ame no Habakiri — literally "cutter of the celestial rain" — is one of the two legendary Meito wielded by Kozuki Oden, the samurai prince of Wano in One Piece. Forged by the swordsmith Tenguyama Hitetsu as a reproduction of the mythological blade with which Susanoo slew Yamata-no-Orochi, it is one of the most revered weapons in Eiichiro Oda's manga. The Ame no Habakiri Katana reproduces this sacred weapon.

The blade (nagasa around 70 cm) has a traditional hand polish showing blue-silver hues, in line with the weapon's design in the Wano flashback. Restrained sori, classic Meito profile.

The mounting follows the Oda design: tsuka wrapped in white ito over samegawa, dark alloy tsuba with an eight-dragon-heads motif (a reference to Yamata-no-Orochi, the blade's mythological father), light blue lacquered saya with golden cloud motifs, cream sageo. Burnished gold habaki.
