The blade in detail
Every piece is unique, hand-forged
Description
I rose from molten dusk and hammered gold. My blade is forged from rare grilled Damascus steel, streaked with secrets and shimmering with fate. I cut not just flesh, but illusion.
My full tang runs deep, anchored in a solid wood tsuka, clad in synthetic ray skin, tightly bound with green-and-black cotton sageo. The copper habaki meets the ornate tsuba, shaped to echo storms held back by will alone.
My saya, lacquered and marked with ancient motifs, holds me like a relic, but I am no relic, I am wrath contained, elegance sharpened.
105 cm long, 72 cm of that is steel honed to a whisper. I am balance and brutality, ceremony and consequence.
Hold me not for beauty. Hold me to remember what gold becomes, when it chooses to kill.
