The process begins with the selection and folding of steel, to balance strength and flexibility.

Step 2 : Hardening

The blade is then quenched, hardening the edge and revealing the iconic hamon.

Step 3 : Polishing

Finally, the blade is hand-polished with natural stones, bringing out its brilliance, sharpness, and soul.

How can I visualize my katana before ordering?

Here are some popular combinations of tsuka-ito (handle wrapping) and samegawa (ray skin). These elements define a large part of a katana’s aesthetic style. Once you’ve chosen your combination, all that’s left is to imagine the blade, tsuba and other elements.

Absolutely. All our katanas are premium full-tang weapons, forged as a single piece for maximum durability and balance.

Production time is about 3 weeks. Delivery takes around 7 days depending on your location.

Can I modify my order after payment?

You can modify your order within 24 hours. After that, production begins and no changes are possible.

What if my katana arrives damaged?

Send us a photo of the damage and we’ll send you a replacement katana. No questions asked.

How do I care for my katana?

Keep the blade dry, oil it regularly, and avoid touching it with bare hands to prevent rust.

Can I buy a katana if I’m under 18?

No. You must be at least 18 years old to order a real katana.
